Our products are packed in various tray sizes: personal, family and commercial. Custom packaging can be designed for special requests and quantities.

All the products are offered in different mixes and cuts (slices, cubes, wedges, etc.), according to the fruit.

Production is carried out in a sterile clean production hall with an adequate temperature of 12°Ctoachieve the high quality of the fresh product. The fresh fruits are packed in Workers processing grenades

controlled – atmosphere food-grade trays in order to maintain a high quality product at the end of the shelf-life of up to two weeks (depending on the product and season).

The fresh fruit is picked at the optimal stage of ripeness and is cultivated by selected growers.

The purchasing, selection, processing, packaging and cold storage of the fresh fruits are done under strict hygienic procedures. The cold chain is rigorously kept all along the process through delivery to the retailing outlet.

The R&D is done jointly and under the supervision of the post-harvest – fresh fruit conservation experts of the Vulcani Institute.

Production is supervised by our in-house Food Engineer and under the official authorization of the Ministry of Health.

The plant is in the process of receiving certification for ISO, HACCP and BRC.
